The guys showed up on time, were respectful and efficient. I was quite surprised at how thorough they were even though they had to manuveur around all kinds of moving boxes throughout the house. Would certainly recommend this company.

The men were helpful and professional. They identified an issue with the dryer venting and offered solutions. Also recommended opportunities for improvement re the furnace venting. I had used Orsan before at another location. I will continue to use Orsan in the future and would definitely recommend their services.

Duct and furnace cleaning

Called me promptly after meeting them at a local home show, promptly got us on the schedule a couple of weeks later. The other duct cleaners haven't called me yet. They came when they said they would. They were on time, polite, and did a great job of cleaning our ducts and furnace after a messy renovation.

Orsan was the only company to talk to my fiancé and I at the home show. The gentlemen who spoke with us were extremely knowlegable and offered some great advice. With this being our first home, we never would have thought about this service. The technician did an amazing job, was efficient and friendly. He answered all the questions I had. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again when its time to do it all over again. Great job and thank you!
