I had an emergency situation with a billboard on a roof. They were out there within 30 minutes. They solved the problem in 10 minutes. Polite and efficient. I own a business myself centered on customer service and I am always thrilled to see another company that values their customer as I do. I really lucked out finding them.

We had lots of issues with roof when bought our house in Mississauga. Nick (Mykola) and Royal Roofing did fantastic job, and fixed everything. Professional and fast with reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend Royal Roofing and will use them again if required.

We were thrilled with the work done by Royal Roofing. The quote they gave us was in line with other quotes we received, but we felt most comfortable with them because they took the time to explain how the whole project would be done.
They came early in the morning when we were leaving for work. By the time we came home, the whole roof was finished and the yard was cleaner than it was before they came!

Thanks for Nick and Royal Roofing. They found we have 3 holes on my roof when they work in our neighbours. Racoon's had severely damaged my roof, ripping shingles off and making 3 holes.
They replaced shingles and repaired all of the damage on my roof immediately to avoid more damages such as water leaking.
Their service is great, and for me, their charge is fair and very reasonable. I will highly recommend to my friends.

I had an emergency situation with my roof. Racoon's had severely damaged my roof, ripping shingles off and making 23 holes. They had even pulled out the insulation from under the boards in one area and left a gaping hole. I called Royal Roofing that same evening that I saw the damage and they responded immediately early the next morning. They replaced shingles and repaired all of the damage on my roof. Royal Roofing even came back the next morning to check that the roof was still intact. I would highly recommend Royal Roofing to anyone who has any issues whatsoever with their roof. Whether it is repairs or replacement that is needed. This company is great.

This is the second time we've used Royal Roofing, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The first time (Aug. '13), we had a small sloped roof on the back stairwell replaced. This recent time (March '14), we had two flat roofs completely removed and replaced, due to some leaking after the melting-freezing cycles we've been having. Louis was dependable and he was clearly able to show us, using pictures of our roof on his iPad, all the reasons we were having leaks, which made it obvious why the previous company we hired did not do the job correctly. His team worked efficiently and were very thorough in their work. The amount of debris that came off of the roofs was incredible, however the property was carefully cleaned following the installation. The roofs look so much better than before, and we can already feel the difference the insulation has made above our kitchen. Louis also added in two vents to an adjacent section of sloped roof when he noticed that it was not properly ventilated. The price orally quoted after Louis' visit was right in line with his detailed written estimate, and was very fair considering the amount of labour that went into replacing the roofs.

Choosing a reputable roofing company is so difficult, and we've chosen poorly in the past, which has resulted in wasted time and money. We trust Louis and his team to be honest and reliable, and would definitely recommend their services.

Royal Roofing delivered a fantastic experience from the very beginning. They showed up on time for the estimate which was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but it was the most thorough. After a picture review with Louis on his iPad taken from the roof and showing visually what we were contending with, he walked through how the whole process would go. He presented a well documented quote, committed a date and shook my hand. I have a flat roof that needed a full rip and replace. His verbal commitments were as good as his written ones, as he came back to remedy a chimney removal we'd discussed but wasn't a part of the written quote. He said he was a man of his word, and he and his company live that philosophy. The workers were professional, thoughtful and cleaned up when they left with not a spot leftover. This was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

In the summer of 2013, after doing extensive research my husband and I decided to hire them for a few reasons (reputation, price, workmanship). They have been in business for over 10 years with the same phone number so we knew they weren't about to disappear after cashing our cheque! The owner was very nice and made it clear there was no nonsense and no 'cash deals' when dealing with them, which we liked. They also refused to cut corners and when we asked if it would cost less to just put down a new layer of shingles over the old (as other roofers had suggested we do because it was the first time the roof was being re-shingled), they refused to do it and gave very good reasons as to why it shouldn't be done. It also meant they were going to stand behind their warranty after completing the job if they were going to do it right! we were happy with their advice and signed the contract. They showed up on time, completed the job to our satisfaction and left the outside of the house neat and tidy, just as they found it upon their arrival. We have a pool in the backyard and they took great lengths to ensure that the entire property was properly protected while the work was done. Overall a very pleasant experience and we have referred them to friends. We called them last week (March 2014) to inquire about ice build-up on the roof as the winter of 2013 has been incredible and we wanted to know whether we should be concerned. They came up the next day to look at the roof and assured us that the shingles we chose were made to stand up to this type of weather. it was very reassuring to know that they came right away and went to show that this is one outfit that you know will stand behind their work! Thank you!

After an extensive search I choose royal roofing for my roof, they were prompt with a quote and workmanship was excellent. Amazing cleanup as well. After service care was amazing. Because i had a winter install the shingles have a tough time sticking due to cold I lost 3 shingles in a bad wind storm. I made a call at 8am and by noon Lewis was back and up on roof completing repair. Now that's service. I highly recommend royal roofing!
