Work done: installation of baffles, blown-in attic insulation, and insulation in attic hatch. Dave, the consultant, was very professional, easy to work with, and communicated the options to us clearly. It was also easy to book appointments with Laurie at the office. After the installation, a couple of minor things were missed but fixed in reasonable time. One of the owners, Paul, also took the time to come and inspect the work per our request. Their price was very reasonable (as we compared it with other companies). Overall, we are satisfied with Enerliv.

We had our basement spray foam insulated and we were highly impressed with the job. All the people we delt with were very impressive and went that extra mile to make sure our basement was perfect. Very professional and clean. We would reccomend Enerliv to anyone.

I had my 50+ year old home insulated by Enerliv and I am very pleased with the work they did. I also had the windows replaced and the two jobs have resulted in over a 50% reduction in heating & cooling cost. When I had my re-test done for the energy savings I was told that I now needed to had a fresh air intake as my house was now over 90% airtight.

We have an older home, over 50 years old. The house seemed to be colder in one area during winter or warmer during summers so we knew we couldn't hold off insulating any longer. When we had the gentleman from Enerliv come in, he showed us how much insulation we had. In some areas of the house, we had 2 inches filling a 4 inch cavity. In other areas, the cavity was empty. No wonder the discrepencies. He clearly gave us the options of insulation products and what each entailed. We settled on using the cellulose and awaited their call as they said it would be sometime in mid-August. Sure to their word, we received a call and the next week, they were at our house filling the house with insualtion from the outside in. We have noticed a decrease in those hot/cold spots in the house over the last six months.

The only thing I wasn't as impressed with was their cleanliness. They were clean around the larger areas such as the hole they had to make in the knee wall to blow in insulation via closed in area upstairs. However, I specifically showed the supervisor a corner in the kitchen where insulation was blowing into the cupboards because of a crack in the plaster wall. He told me he would have someone clean that up before they leave and it was still not done when I returned home from work. I know there will be areas of dusting afterwards but this area was a little more than expected. The rest of the work was pretty well done.
