We've been working with Kent from Benchmark Renovations for years (since 2014) and we have never been disappointed with Kent's work. His professional judgement and expertise helped us with a couple of major renovations in the basement over the years. The recent project was installing a bathroom in our basement. Kent is responsive and easy to communicate with. He is honest and charges fairly. We are planning to ask Kent to help us with our next renovation. Great working with Lance. He was very efficient. The work was done well and cleaned up. Would not hesitate to call Lance again for electrical work. The price was reasonable (we compared with other electricians with good reviews on this site).

Work done: installation of baffles, blown-in attic insulation, and insulation in attic hatch. Dave, the consultant, was very professional, easy to work with, and communicated the options to us clearly. It was also easy to book appointments with Laurie at the office. After the installation, a couple of minor things were missed but fixed in reasonable time. One of the owners, Paul, also took the time to come and inspect the work per our request. Their price was very reasonable (as we compared it with other companies). Overall, we are satisfied with Enerliv.
