World of Spas

We love shopping at World of Spas. We have had great customer service every time we have visited, and World of Spas has a great selection of hot tubs, swim spas, cleaning products, toys, and hydro therapy salts (the Joint & Muscle is our favourite). World of Spas is our go-to place for all our hot tub needs. Ask for January, she is very helpful.

My wife and I purchased a Club 8L Dynasty spa almost 4 yrs ago from World of Spas and wanted to share that the ongoing customer service has been great. We have had no issues with our hot tub.

It is used daily and still as fantastic as the day it arrived. The protection from mice works great. Not a sign of any mice inside/underneath when opened up to inspect.

My husband and I bought our hot tub 4 years ago and it has been great. We had a few minor repairs but they were easy to get fixed. Never had an issue with the customer service and install and delivery went smooth.

My wife and I have had our hot tub for 4 years now. Its been a great investment in our self care. World of Spas was great to work with. The only issue I've had was a small crack in on pipe that was a quick repair.

Back in summer of 2019 my wife and I invested in our health and wellness by purchasing a spa from World of Spas. Best investment ever. Especially with the Covid lockdowns we have been able to relax and unwind with quality family time, unplugged from devices in our spa.

Buyers beware! This owner will falsify information to get you to buy his products. I recently purchased a hot tub in October 2020 and his website and he states that his hot tubs are energy efficient and so are the covers that come with them. They most certainly are not! My bill has gone up to 200$ just for one month from 130$(an average of 70 per month on months that are relatively warm at -5 to -8, the Canadian average is 52.50 Buyers beware! This owner will falsify information to get you to buy his products. I recently purchased a hot tub in October 2020 and his website and he states that his hot tubs are energy efficient and so are the covers that come with them. They most certainly are not! My bill has gone up to 200$ just for one month from 130$(an average of 70 per month on months that are relatively warm at -5 to -8, the Canadian average is 52.50 per month year round at a higher energy cost and more usage than what I use right now.)! The hot tub itself was not fully spray foamed on the internal shell and he just threw some insulated blankets on the inside to compensate for it. He also stated that the cover provided was rated for extreme weather but there is no label on it to verify. When I initially bought off him they sold me a used model which needed to be a specific size for my deck. When it was supposed to be delivered he called me and told me that it was actually a different model I purchased and that the one they were going to deliver was smaller and OLDER!. Then he tried to sell it to me for the same price!!!! THIS IS THE OWNER DOING THIS (Brent!!) When we finally worked it out he sold me a new model for cheaper and told me it is a "Great, energy efficient model!" Well about 500$ in added expense to my electric bill over the course of 4 months states otherwise. Steer clear of this guy and his shady business! He do and say anything to get a sale, and even if you change your mind...nope! You are locked in once you place a deposit. He will only ever give good customer service if you write a bad review about his business or complain to BBB. Go anywhere else, just not here, save yourself the headache.

We bought our hot tub from world of spas and have never regretted it! Excellent customer service and the products are amazing. We use it almost every day! Highly recommend.

The staff here are GREAT!! I am a new owner of a 17 Foot Spa and everyone was helpful and gave me great tips and tricks for keeping my Spa Clean and in great condition!
Len was our salesman and he was Awesome and Easy to deal with,Met the Owners and They gave me a hell of the deal.
Marsha was great and kept us in the loop for our order from purchase to delivery!!! Highly recommend World of Spa!!!!
