I live outside the city and get my water from a well. Using this water in my hot tub, I was unable to regulate the alkalinity in it properly. The alkalinity was too high and kept fluctuating when I tried to fix it. I read a lot of different articles to try to fix the alkalinity, but most of them were written for city water and I was unable to stabilize my alkalinity.
I decided to go to Spa World for help and was assisted by Rosie. She gave me a very professional, comprehensive consultation and wrote down all the key points for me to remember. She also tested my water, told me why exactly why I was having such a hard time, and told me the specifics of my situation. I got this consultation a year ago and, since then, regulating the chemicals in my tub has been very easy and successful. I still apply all of Rosie’s advice to this day and it had been working perfectly. All the other staff at Spa World are also great, and it is always a pleasure coming in.
Although I meant to write this review sooner, I was busy and unable to. However, writing this review a year later, I am able to say for sure that Rosie’s advice worked.
I do not remember how much I spent at the time of that visit, but I constantly buy chemicals fro my tub from them and only from them.

For over a year now, we have been enjoying our Adriatic Hot Tub that we purchased in the spring of 2019, installed in the fall at our request and have been running year round. The installation was smooth and with the staff at the Red Deer location always being extremely cheerful, helpful and always ready to help in serving you.

Hot tubs are a huge investment and feeling like your getting that equal amount of value or better in the returns on that investment has been fantastic!

From the sale to the delivery, the representatives at World of Spas provided guidance and support and even today has provided expert advice. The value we received didn’t end on the day of purchase it continues today. Thank you World of Spas for your continued service

because of covid everyone was thinking the same as me....buy a tub. The order was a bit delayed for understandable reasons but we finally received out Coral spa. World of spas was amazing at communicating with me regarding my hot tub. I cannot be happier and everyday I am in my new hot tub simply enjoying life. I am so glad that I chose world of spas and the dynasty company as both are amazing to deal with. Now I can enjoy my staycation am I beautiful hot tub.

Bought our hot tub a few years ago on an awesome sale. The staff really took the time to help select the tub that was best for us.
It was my task at home to check chemical and what not well as time went on and it was getting neglected my husband was taking on some added responsibilities to help out. Well he reached out to the staff for a crash course on chemical maintenance. Was more then a crash course they spent the time walking through how to test the water and the chemicals and what to add when. Thank you to the staff and there expertise

We got a Club-series Dynasty Spa and have been using it almost daily for 3 months now. It works great and haven't had any issues with it. It has tons of jets, which are different sizes and intensities. We picked a model without loungers as we aren't really big enough to sink into one, but the sitting model works great for us and can comfortably fit 5-6 people. Ours has a bluetooth stereo and an ozone replacement filter to help us reduce the quantity of chlorine needed.

Took some time to get the hang of how to balance water chem, but the staff at the store were extremely helpful. I am able to have guests over and my hot tub water is still clean enough to use the next day (which is a problem friends of mine have with other sanitizer programs from other dealers) They are also more knowledgeable than other dealers in Calgary as they recognize that a certain common hot tub chlorine will damage the acrylic siding (which is something most other hot tub dealers in Calgary still carry)

We got a Aquarius model from Dynasty Spas about 3 months ago, we used it almost everyday since then and still are in love with this part of our day. There is nothing that compares to a good soaking in the tub to let your muscles relax and rest. We had a small leak in the plumbing after set up and service department was right on it a fast as possible to be fixed and back up and running. No complaints over here thats for sure.
