My wife and I purchased a Club 8L Dynasty spa almost 4 yrs ago from World of Spas and wanted to share that the ongoing customer service has been great. We have had no issues with our hot tub. It is used daily and still as fantastic as the day it arrived. The protection from mice works great. Not a sign of any mice inside/underneath when opened up to inspect.
