Alex and his team were amazing! He listened to my needs and concerns, and was very sensitive and attentive to the ongoing issues with a very diffucult and un-coperative neighbour. He went above and beyond on several occasions to put me at ease. He went out of his way to help me with a few little extras that I could not have dealt with on my own.
