Alex and his team were amazing! He listened to my needs and concerns, and was very sensitive and attentive to the ongoing issues with a very diffucult and un-coperative neighbour. He went above and beyond on several occasions to put me at ease. He went out of his way to help me with a few little extras that I could not have dealt with on my own. Truly a great person, and a pleasure to deal with. Please don't hesitate to hire or consider this company for your job. I can be very picky, but that didn't seem to phase him at all, which meant a lot. When a customer feels heard and understood, that goes a long way to making you feel you're going to get a great job done, by great people. Thank you Alex! We are very happy with the installation of the gate done by Alex and his assistant. The gate looks good and is very sturdy and functional. They broke the concrete and installed two strong beams, as well as attached the gate to the house, so it feels and looks sturdy. Alex was very easy to communicate via text and in person. Even though I had to delay the project as we had a drain issue, Alex still made time for us and we had the gate installed before the end of the summer. I would highly recommend Alex and Pro Reno to other homeowners who are looking to have a gate or fence installed

Alex is just amazing for all my fence and wood needs in my garden. He's wonderful to work with, and very professional, courteous, and punctual. He also cleans up after the job, and he takes all the old wood with him. My property has a very large fence area all around. Alex took care of replacing a long fence area, and we have called him back to replace other wood posts and smaller pieces. He's also done wooden garden bed planters, and more!

This is what I like about Alex, we provide some ideas and he builds it! He's my go-to for anything fence/wood related for my garden and I know I can count on him. Highly recommend.

Amazing work by Alex and his worker. His work and timeline was amazing. I would highly recommend his service to anyone. His attention to detail was amazing.

My fence was coming apart at the seams because the original fence guy 16 years ago took a lot of shortcuts. I think a windstorm would have completely levelled this fence if it wasnt fixed. Alex took my call immediately and told me when he could complete a new fence for me. Hes a great guy to talk to and always kept us up to date on next steps. I didnt have to chase him like most contractors and he is very professional.

Alex was a pleasure to deal with and believe me our backyard demo/ rebuild was not an easy task. We were late in the season and he worked many cold days to get the job done always with a smile on his face. The quality of his work is excellent and he knows how to wiggle things around to make it look great and work well. We will hire him again for future outdoor jobs.

Pro Reno installed a 30ft fence and gate per my specifications. The high quality work was done professionally and quickly. Alex was very helpful in providing suggestions and it gave me confidence in the work when he decided to further strengthen a corner section of the fence where it was difficult to install a pole. It's clear that Alex has years of experience working on projects like these. The only regret was that I didn't exactly get the style of fence that I wanted because we found out that it would be difficult to install without the clearance on the neighbor's side. But all-in-all, the simple fence was built well.
