Reginald and his team did a home and septic inspection on a house we were looking to buy in Lanark Highlands. They did an absolutely phenomenal job and were very thorough with the inspections. Reginald's vast knowledge and willingness to explain the different elements of the house and how they interacted was great. Reg pointed out a few issues with it and we were able to negotiate a better deal on the house to cover the cost of repairing them. He also emailed us over 70 pictures (which were also used to help negotiate a better price) that were taken of the various areas that were inspected. Ron Doyle completed a home inspection for me on a home we recently purchased. He arrived early and took pictures of everything. Reg gave me good advices and explained to me the general state of my house. He took the time to look at the property and answer my questions. He looked at different details of the house and ensured that every thing was in good shape.

Reg first did a septic inspection for us on one house. He saved us thousands by explaining the septic system and what was wrong with it. The owners stated an untruth on their SPIS and Reg caught them. Would have cost me $30,000+ to repair the system. On our current home Reg did the home inspection. He made sure we understood what he saw and walked us through it all. He even gave advice when I was getting estimates on various systems (HVAC and Siding).
