Khody and his team were absolutely amazing. He was recommended to me by my daughter where he refinished her floors and installed a bathroom. He did an amazing job for her.
He initially installed floating floors in our basement. He was prompt and accurate with his quote and the floors look amazing.
A few months later we engaged his services again to sand and refinish our main floor. It wasn't an easy job as the space had originally been done using two different types of wood which made matching the stain nearly impossible. But "impossible" doesn't exist in Khody's vocabulary. He persisted until he matched it exactly. Khody is a perfectionist and anyone who uses him will benefit from that. We are so happy with the end result!

They are artists, for floors and stairs. From day one guiding us on picking a quality floor, educating us throughout the process on trim, vents, stair design, pickets and the types of hardwood. after a long search to find the right contactor to do our flooring and contacting more than 5 companies, we came across HLE Flooring on homestars. khody came in to give us a quote within a few days and we decided to hire them for our flooring project.
from day one, everything went super smooth, the level of communication was absolutely on point. khody explained to us everything from Prepration to the install. they finished everything within a week and our flooring looks amazing. they sorted all the planks, used all the shorter pieces in the closets and areas that wasnt noticable. we are so impressed. i would 100% recommend these guys for any flooring project you may need.

Once they visited our house and we discussed other work that was required to get done as part of our interior house reno project, we realized that HLE Flooring is more of a one stop shop for all thing renovation and not just experts in flooring. They provided a detailed quote for all our work, which included flooring, fixing our noisy stairs, flooring of the bathroom and painting of the whole house. Their price was fair they managed to completed the project withing agreed time and budget.

We hired Khody and his team to refinish the floors of our new house prior to moving in. They did an excellent job - and I don't think it was easy given the age of the upstairs floors. Khody warned us that the main floor would look better, as they were about 30-40 years old as opposed to almost 100! But his work exceeded our expectations.
