Khody and his team were great to work with. They came in, informed us of every step of his process. I would highly recommend him and definitely would work with him again.

This is the 2nd time we had the pleasure of dealing with Khody and his team. There's a reason why we picked and came back to him again for this 2nd project, it is because we trust him and we know the quality of work that he delivers.

The 1st project he did for us was ripping the carpet on our entire 2nd floor and replacing it with Vintage engineered hardwood flooring.

The 2nd project was a bigger one, which involves refinishing the 1st floor hardwood (from natural red oak color to a nice grey tone), as well as refinishing the stairs and upstairs hallway. I was a bit worried that it would be difficult to achieve the stain color that we wanted on the hardwood but in the end, he was able to deliver and achieve the look I was going for.

He worked and finished on schedule, with amazing workmanship and attention to detail. We are very happy and satisfied clients. I highly recommend him and will for sure go back to him for any of my future flooring/stair refinishing needs.

I needed two rooms to have new flooring laid to match two other rooms and the hallway. So the entire main floor had to be sanded and buffed and stained and two rooms needed wood laid. The work was performed perfectly - the match is great the floors look great and the work is excellent. Khody the owner is a pleasure to deal with. Very accommodating and easy to work with. He spotted flaws in the tile I bought and delayed while I replaced them - thankfully he saw the problems before they were affixed to the floor. I HIGHLY recommend this company. An excellent experience and very reliable and good communications. Can't ask for more than I got.

We were very fortunate in that we made the right choice in hiring Khody of HLE Flooring to remove our existing floor through the main floor of the house, install engineered hardwood, and refinish our stairs to match our new floor colour. From beginning to end, Khody was always very professional, polite, and dedicated to his craft. Khodi was recommended to us by my sister in law who had recently had work completed by Khodi and his team . Their family was overly impressed with his workmanship and professionalism and when it came time for our hardwood installation Khodi did not dissapoint. We had a few setbacks with the flooring we had selected and thought that we would have to scrap our project until after the New Year . Khody and his team did a spectacular job replacing the hardwood flooring and tiling in my home. Khody was super helpful during the entire process of renovation from advising on different types of flooring, hardwood brands and difference of them, installation, the issues of subfloor and laying out the hardwood and tiles in the hallway. He completed the project on time even though I changed the starting day because of delay in other renovations in my place.

My basement floor was uneven and half of it had been pulled out because of a leak. It looked like a mess. I contacted many companies and most were too busy/uninterested to take on the job. Khody came quickly to give a quote and started shortly after. His team smoothed out the floor completely with concrete and the new vinyl flooring that he installed fits perfectly.
