I saw some new built closets and sliding doors at our friend's home, I was surprised, the quality are great, color tone is very nice. I was told it made by Roomidea. I went to Roomidea showroom, Cathy gave us advice about the stylish and color tone. She quickly sketched what we need and provided a very reasonable quote. After taking accurate measurement, they sent us the drawings of customized sliding doors, TV wall cabinets, fireplace cabinets. Everything went smoothly and finished on time. My neighbor recommended Roomidea to me for the customized closet and the sliding door. We visited their showroom and talked to Cathy at the store, she showed me the samples and gave me the ideas on the color tone and closet style. I decided to have Roomidea to help me with the customized closet and sliding doors two months ago. Their technician went to my condo to do the measurement. They only took 3 weeks to build the closet and sliding doors at their workshop, came to finish the installation by May. All the sliding doors slide smoothly like butter, and look great that matched up with condo. The sales, technician and installation team of Roomidea are very professional. Highly recommend!

My contractor referred Roomidea to us for a room divider at our Den area, we visited Roomidea showroom in April. Cathy introduced all the options to us. As our budget is very limited, Cathy gave us professional suggestion, eventually we choose solid panels at the bottom to keep privacy and frosted glass on the top to keep some light pass through. I'm amazed by the new sliding doors after installed in the den, also price is very reasonable. Installation team is very polite, professional, they even trained us how to use and adjust the doors. A very pleasant experience to work with Roomidea.

When we wanted custom cabinets and closet solutions, we went straight to Cathy at Room Idea as recommended by friends who had had great results after doing all the research. We were impressed when we saw the work Room Idea did for our friends and just as impressed with the work they did for us. We wanted to turn a third bedroom into an office/storage/dressing room. Cathy helped with excellent design suggestions and offered a good selection of styles and materials. We ended up getting built-in cabinets, desk and shelves plus new bathroom vanities and sliding closet doors. The workmanship is excellent and the installation process went smoothly with fine work by Moe and the other installers. despite the difficulties posed by Covid19, the work was kept pretty much on schedule. We found all the staff friendly, considerate and professional. We love our new rooms and highly recommend Room Idea.

As shown in the photo, I have recently purchased a really nice looking and super useful customized bookcase set from RoomIdea.

The color matches my room's existing stuff and this bookcase set actually makes my room to look larger and brighter, which greatly exceeded my expectation. In addition, having such a bookcase set makes the most use of space. Thanks to RoomIdea, I was able to move all my treasure out of the cardboard boxes to make a nice display.

The price is very reasonable with the great quality and service. I am very satisfied with the product and service provided by RoomIdea.

We added a bedroom in our walkout basement. To allow light into the bedroom while providing privacy, we wanted to use 3 sliding doors with frosted glass. Before finding RoomIdea, we got quotes from 2 other companies. Their quotes were similar to each other but it was quite a bit of $. Maybe due to being middleman and markup.

I visited the showroom of RoomIdea. I believe that I was dealing with the owner. He offered a good selection of materials and styles. The quoted price was much better than the 2 other vendors. RoomIdea custom builds the doors in the on-site workshop. The doors were done in 2 weeks. The installation was done smoothly and professionally.

Went to Roomidea as May received a flyer at her old home prior to us moving into our new house in Ajax.. Once we closed our house we went to many homeshows and talked to many people but it was Roomidea that made our dreams come true and worth every.. Roomidea used every square inch available to maximize the space for our needs.. We have had our custom closet for over a year now and we are as happy as the day we had it installed..

We will have Cathy and her team over to customize our garage to our need in early 2014..

We did research for quite some time for a company who could do custom closets for us with a reasonable price tag. Roomidea did come across as professional, honest and reasonably priced. The time commitments were managed very well (i.e. delivered on time as promised) and we were very satisfied. This is because while the installation was being done, we noticed that the cupboard doors were not evenly sized (only a little, I didn't catch it - my wife did). Roomidea fixed it very promptly with no question asked. I will recommend their products and services to whomever I know who require the same.
