I was extremely satisfied with the work of Andrei and his team. I had all the floors in my two storey townhome removed and replaced with engineered hardwood. From the beginning, Andrei was prompt, patient and helpful. All my (many) questions were answered with kindness and clarity. Its clear he takes pride in his work and is committed to ensuring his clients are happy. The floors were beautifully done and I couldnt be happier with the result. No detail was overlooked. He even ensured my furniture was all placed back exactly as I wanted. Work was completed quickly, and on budget.

For me, work is both quality and service - and Andrei manages to hit the sweet spot. Both a craftsman and gentleman. Would not hesitate to recommend Tip Top flooring.
