The Fisher Paykel dishwasher we ordered from Caplan's came with the front panel dented. Caplan's arranged a replacement with Elite. Elite scheduled the replacement promptly. The technician, Fred came punctually on the appointed time and replaced the panel in less than an hour, very professional. Good as new!
