Sam was amazing during the pre-sales process. He was honest about pricing and wanted to provide the right product/service for the job. He suggested a unit bigger than our existing one based on home size before we even mentioned having trouble cooling in previous summers. The price difference was very little but he helped us get the right option. The quote provided was accurate and there were no additional fees or difficulties.
The installers were timely, efficient, clean, and friendly enough to answer a few questions. The old unit was disposed of, everything they touched looked way better than before, and they finished in just under 3 hours. They also explained exactly what was done and some specific details unique to our install. The new unit cools the house in record time and is even pretty quiet.
Very impressed by everything from Convertible Air and will be using them again.
