I was very satisfied with my experience with Convertible. I received quotes from four reputable companies from Homestars, and Convertible's offer was the best. They removed my old AC and installed the new one within a week from quoting.
The two installers were friendly and went about doing their thing. The whole installation process took about 2 hours.
Note: Payment not available by credit card (although Convertible was very accommodating).
Other than the installers arriving 45 minutes after the scheduled time, I had no issues.

Regarding the payment and pricing, we are the most competitive in our pricing for the simple reason that we are willing to take less profit for your benefit. That's always been our philosophy, make the customer happy with excellent service, but without robbing them of their hard earned money.
But when it comes to credit card payments, customers don't seem to know that Visa, MC & especially Amex, all have hefty charges to the vendor to the tune of 4-7%! So, on most invoices that can account for $200-400 back charge to us just for swiping your card. And seeing we already work on such a small profit margin (to help our customers) we simply cannot accept credit cards on large amounts. We do in our service department, as those amounts are much smaller.
Some companies across Canada having stopped taking Visa for these very reasons.
