This is our third time using Convertible for different needs (furnace, tankless hot water heater and AC). As with our previous interactions, the response was quick, straight forward and installation scheduled quickly.
The installers were very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and accommodated our request to move the outdoor portion (fan) to a different location so it would not be visible from our window.
They laid tarp all the way from the front door to the furnace room and were respectful of our space.
We will continue to recommend Convertible to our friends and neighbours!
