Andrij did our estimate and he knew his stuff. He didn't try to upsell us, but instead sought to understand our vision. He was very responsive and responded to our many questions with 24 hours (most often within 2-3 hours).

Igor is the owner and he knows his stuff. He understood our vision immediately and helped us improve it.

All the work crews were amazing. They were all experts in their trades. They arrived on time and their work was meticulous. They cleaned up after themselves every evening. I trust them completely, especially Alex who does the taping and sanding. We had another tradesmen come to work on another part of our home and Alex stayed back to supervise him.
You can tell that the work crews are a "family". I loved hearing their laughter as they worked and every once in a while some singing.
They promised to finish the work with 2-3 weeks and they stayed on schedule.

Natalie is great. She helped us pick our paint colours and finishes. She has a good eye!

We love the finishing crew and their attention to detail. We have received so many compliments from our friends and family. Finished Basements have given us a new living space and we hang out there ALL the time.

If I have to give one negative comments, it is that Finished Basements does only that - basements. We would have loved to have them renovate our kitchen and bathroom.

Finally, if you have any reservations about using Finished Basements to work in your house, DON'T. They are a highly reputable company that you can trust. They take pride in their work and will treat your house like their own.
