We would highly recommend Finished Basements. They are very professional and truly experts in their field. Andrij did our estimate and he knew his stuff. He didn't try to upsell us, but instead sought to understand our vision. He was very responsive and responded to our many questions with 24 hours (most often within 2-3 hours). Igor is the owner and he knows his stuff. He understood our vision immediately and helped us improve it. All the work crews were amazing. They were all experts in their trades. They arrived on time and their work was meticulous. They cleaned up after themselves every evening. I trust them completely, especially Alex who does the taping and sanding. We had another tradesmen come to work on another part of our home and Alex stayed back to supervise him. You can tell that the work crews are a "family". I loved hearing their laughter as they worked and every once in a while some singing. They promised to finish the work with 2-3 weeks and they stayed on schedule. Natalie is great. She helped us pick our paint colours and finishes. She has a good eye! We love the finishing crew and their attention to detail. We have received so many compliments from our friends and family. Finished Basements have given us a new living space and we hang out there ALL the time. If I have to give one negative comments, it is that Finished Basements does only that - basements. We would have loved to have them renovate our kitchen and bathroom. Finally, if you have any reservations about using Finished Basements to work in your house, DON'T. They are a highly reputable company that you can trust. They take pride in their work and will treat your house like their own.

We called Mr. Rooter on Friday morning because we needed last minute plumbing service and they were extremely accommodating. Peter was very professional and he showed us the standard price list for all our services so we were very comfortable with the quote. Peter's workmanship was neat and he even cleaned up before leaving. We would definitely use Mr. Rooter again.

We got several quotes for Crown Moulding but Five Star was the most knowledgeable. They quoted a price per square foot on the phone and when they did the free estimate in person, it was bang on with what we calculated. There were some complicated angles, but what we considered to be a challenge was no match for the skills and expertise of Antonio. We will definitely recommend them to all our friends. P.s. Antonio and his team worked on the Satuatory Holiday to ensure our job was completed on time at No Extra Charge!
