Thank you for your exceptional review of our quality design services Nikolay. This is a real 2 for 1 review and we would like to respond to it differently to show our sincere appreciation of clients who come back to us because of our honest professional service. All projects are surrounded by nuisances causing the golden triangle relationship between Client, Contractor, and the Architect becomes tarnished. With the law office project, all parties ended up broken-hearted. To say the least, we were surprised by the invitation to get involved in Nikolay’s house gut renovation but shortly after, we drank to a new partnership. Quickly, we started shedding our design experience into a new interior design focusing on a new residential elevator. At first, Jelena did not want to contaminate her open kitchen and master bedroom en-suite with a manly oriented elevator but at the end, she didn’t mind it at all. The design was rather quick and easy since we did several site reviews analyzing the space limitations versus the client’s wish list. I am guessing that many would be curious about this comment that architects always start with recognizing the limitations in order to discover the opportunities space will provide to be programmed. The other way around will bring desperation. We also like to send special thanks to Nikolay who understood that the house belongs to the lady and her voice should be the loudest. We all followed the happy wife-the happy life slogan and we all are good.
