Replaced old clay tiles with new steel roof. Crew removed old tiles and installed new strapping and metal roof. Salesman was very professional and knowledgeable with the product and scope of work. The installation crew worked very clean and professional. The new roof looks great and the warranty is 55 years old. I would recommend using London Eco for future work.

Very happy with the service. Our old roofing were shingles that fell apart in 12 years so I decided in investing in a metal roof to last for a long time. In shopping around for the steel roofing, Eco Metal had the best price for the best quality.
The salesperson were very helpful in letting me understand my options and were able to respond quickly with the changes I had requested.
The installers were professional and very quick.
Overall satisfied with the new roof.

The representative and delivery folks were awesome and no issues. The issues were how the workers treated the workspace, with no regard for the nearby properties. Material was thrown as if they were working in a construction site and some fragments landed on a neighbour's house causing some damage. The neighbour has been directed to work with the company on repairs. They had use of a double laneway and still managed to trample the gardens on either side of the drive and break branches on trees. The work was done during hockey playoff and when the satellite dish was removed (I was not informed this would be required) it was just left, even after the work was done. A note indicating that it would need to be reattached and why would have been considerate. They did show up on time and work full days once the rain let up enough for them to get started. The clean up crew who removed the excess material did a fantastic job. I am extremely pleased with the colour selected and many folks have stopped to check it out.

Very professional installation and the worksite was left clean. A great experience from the sales through to the installation.

The sales person who quoted the project was very good, pleasant, excellent explanation, and good response to our queries. The installation crew was excellent, cleaned up the site after they were done. Very efficient as each person knew exactly what they had to do. No wasted time and / or effort. The installation crew called in advance as to when they were arriving. There was some communication issue with the scheduling person as our contract stated a date as to when we would like the project started, but the crew called and said they would be coming the next day and we had to decline as it was wet and too far in advance of when we wanted the work done. Also, the material arrived without advance notice and we had to advise where we wanted the roof and strapping, otherwise it would have been in the wrong place.

Service was excellent. Installers were very professional, great quality work and materials all around. We have had so many compliments on the roof already, and the roof was completed only 2 weeks ago!!
Would definitely recommend!!!!!
