London Eco Roof Manufacturing

Roof installation was completed in July 2018 at our seasonal cottage in Wasaga Beach. Everything looked fine and I was happy with the way it looked. Then it started to rain one weekend when we were up. Water was dripping from the corners and also from behind the newly installed eaves. I took out a ladder to have a look and found that the drip rail was short at the corners. Also, it appears the drip rail is directing the water to the fascia board instead of the eaves.

I have called and emailed London Eco, and the installer eventually called me back a couple of times and said he would drop by the next time they are in Wasaga. Well it's been over a year and they have not returned. My patience has run out.

I have also asked for a warranty, and do not have one. Would the warranty be of any value anyway?

The install team that did the work is the factory install team, not someone else. Factory trained!

Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and really did not want to write this review, but have no choice but to let others know what they can expect.

I was contacted by the service department regarding the roof and issues identified. Within one week a service rep came by and addressed my concerns. In particular the drip rail was extended to cover the corner gaps and the drip rail was extended (revised photos). I'm happy with the repairs made. Perhaps I should have contacted the Service department instead of trying to get the install crew to return to effect the repairs.
In regards to the warranty, apparently that was mailed to the cottage address. They were not aware that I have no postal service at the cottage. This also has been taken care of and I have a warranty in hand now.
As I mentioned I was happy with the roof and siding work done, just a little disappointed that it took so long to have issues addressed, but in the end they did come through. I have bumped up my review rating accordingly Thanks

I contacted London Eco-Metal Manufacturing Inc on June 3, 2019 after having dealt with another company since October 2018. The salesman indicated that i would have a completed roof by the end of June; my roof was in dire need of replacement.
To my surprise, the new roof was completed on June 18, 2019.
I had a few workmanship items that needed to be corrected and they returned the following week to clean them up and to ensure that I was satisfied with the job.
Would recommend this company to anyone :)

The installers were very professional and at the end of the day left the area safe and tidy. with the left over pieces i did my 10 by 10 gazebo thank you eco.

The metal roof has not only given my home a completely new look but has added insulation value. For the last two summers I barely turn on the air-conditioning. The service was excellent. The work was completed in less than two days. Everything was cleaned-up and all debris was removed. I feel I got good value and have no regrets with choosing a more expensive roofing product.

Booked an appointment at the Chatham Home show. Met with the very polite and helpful sales person and decided to go ahead. They let me know when to expect delivery and showed up very quickly to install my new roof. My wife and myself were very satisfied with the entire installation as well as the finished product. Great company, would definitely recommend. The salesperson was very professional, and explained everything in great detail, answered all our questions and recommended a great product. The installers were very professional, friendly, on time and finished the job in two days. First day for strapping and second day for the metal. The poor guys finished the job and pouring rain and they did an excellent job. No mess was left and the remaining material was picked up quickly after the job was done. We met the Eco Metal Roof rep on a Saturday afternoon in our backyard. He was terrific and went through the entire process with us of how the installation would go. What struck me most about him was how he listened to our concerns and addressed each one of them. He promised us sure our roof would be done professionally, efficiently and within our budget. In fact, he made sure of that! We signed the contract at 6:30 pm that Saturday and on Monday morning, the installer arrived. An extremely pleasant and knowledgeable worker who did a fantastic job! By Wednesday, our home was adorned with the most beautiful metal roof! It's the talk of the neighbourhood! Only 3 days for installation, but a lifetime of happiness! London Eco roofing was excellent to deal with. The installers they used did a great job and left no mess after. I am very satisfied with the quality and look of my new roof. I highly recommend that company.

The estimate was done quickly, the price was acceptable and the installation started and ended on schedule. Excellent installation crew. The house has a chimney and skylight and theses were sealed and flashed really well. This is the second house we've had roofed by this firm.
