Roof installation was completed in July 2018 at our seasonal cottage in Wasaga Beach. Everything looked fine and I was happy with the way it looked. Then it started to rain one weekend when we were up. Water was dripping from the corners and also from behind the newly installed eaves. I took out a ladder to have a look and found that the drip rail was short at the corners. Also, it appears the drip rail is directing the water to the fascia board instead of the eaves. I have called and emailed London Eco, and the installer eventually called me back a couple of times and said he would drop by the next time they are in Wasaga. Well it's been over a year and they have not returned. My patience has run out. I have also asked for a warranty, and do not have one. Would the warranty be of any value anyway? The install team that did the work is the factory install team, not someone else. Factory trained! Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and really did not want to write this review, but have no choice but to let others know what they can expect. ++++++++++++++++++++++ Update August 20, 2019 ++++++++++++++++++++++ I was contacted by the service department regarding the roof and issues identified. Within one week a service rep came by and addressed my concerns. In particular the drip rail was extended to cover the corner gaps and the drip rail was extended (revised photos). I'm happy with the repairs made. Perhaps I should have contacted the Service department instead of trying to get the install crew to return to effect the repairs. In regards to the warranty, apparently that was mailed to the cottage address. They were not aware that I have no postal service at the cottage. This also has been taken care of and I have a warranty in hand now. As I mentioned I was happy with the roof and siding work done, just a little disappointed that it took so long to have issues addressed, but in the end they did come through. Overall I'm very happy with the results. I was hoping that the chimney could be repaired, and you managed that. The tuck-pointed porch columns look good! Another company wanted to simply parge the first few courses. The bricks over the window are now set properly, and the previous company I hired to tuck-point didn't even touch them.
