My Frigidaire washer/dryer stackable combo with a GE name on it had a problem with the pump. Service was the same day because my schedule involves working at night and weekends. Steve made time for me out of his own time, came in and had the problem fixed within the hour. Knowledgable, quick and friendly. Will definitely use again should any problems arise with other appliances. Thanks again!

My gas dryer suddenly 1 day stopped producing heat. I found Cascade Appliance Repair online and gave them a call after reading the reviews. I was so pleased with the service and the cost that I felt I should write a review. I found Steve to be very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and had it installed the next day within minutes. I was VERY pleased with the cost and will definitely use them again. Even after the repair was done, Steve took the time to give me some helpful suggestions on things I can do to keep my appliance working at its peek.

Steve from Cascade was wonderful. My initial call was returned quickly, followed up by an estimate appointment and finally the completed job. I actually had another followup to my initial job which Steve did not charge me for and also completed quickly. I would definitely recommend Cascade, great service, reasonable prices and down to earth people.

Our fridge stopped working on Saturday during the recent heat wave. We read reviews for Cascade Appliance Repair and decided to give them a call. Linda was very helpful and we booked an appointment for Steve to come on Monday at noon. He was on time, quickly diagnosed/explained the problem and replaced the necessary part in 30 minutes. Service was excellent. Total cost for repair and service was reasonable. We will definitely call Cascade again and would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. My fridge suddenly stopped working the day before our Mother's Day dinner. I called Cascada and Steve went out of his way to fit me in his schedule. He was punctual, honest, and reasonable. With all the fly-by-nights these days, it is great to know there are still old school professionals who take pride in their work. Steve was amazing and is an absolute for any future work!

Made appointment with Cascade. Steve showed up on time....very punctual. He was very honest, fair and showed integrity. Nothing needed fixing so he never charged anything other than the regular service charge which was expected. This is a keeper.

Our dryer was over heating and shutting off after less than 5 minutes of drying time. We called and made an appointment with Cascade. Steve came over (on time) and gave us an assessment of the dryer. He found out it was 21 years old but it could be worth it to fix the problem as the dryer manufacturer had issued a kit to retrofit this model the year after it was manufactured. Since the dryer was only having this problem now, and the rest of the dryer was in good shape. I decided to go for the repair. Steve also let me know this was a good manufacturer and we could get years of good service out of it, or the motor might go in a few months. It's always a risk with any appliance, but the old ones are built better and last longer than any of the new ones. I'd rather fix a well built appliance than replace it, so I made the appointment for him to return. But before he left I, also ask a few questions about my new dishwasher. It wasn't working very well either so he took a look at it too and gave me some good advice on what steps I could take to get it to work better. This is over and above service, he could have brushed me off or asked me to make another appointment for the dishwasher but instead he took the time to check it out and explain what the problem might be.

He arrived to make the dryer repair, on time, pleasant, polite, knowledgable and professional. Now, the dryer works fine and I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to a friend.
