Last night the refrigerator/freezer stopped working. It no longer cooled to the set temperature. I called Cascade appliance at 10:45 am and spoke to a lovely lady who asked if I would be home between noon and 1 pm...the same day. Steve arrived at 12:15 and it is now 1 pm, and the refrigerator is repaired and working again! I cannot recommend Cascade and Steve enough. Courteous, efficient, and all round great guy! Thanks so much!

Washing Machine not draining, done my troubleshooting and determined it is time to call the professional to the rescue! Contacted Cascade and Steve came the next day, very polite and knowledgeable guy, figured out the root cause (broken drain pump) within a short period. He got the parts and have it replaced within couple hours! Good Services, highly recommended!

I called at 9AM on Friday Morning and Steve was onsite by noon. He fixed the problem and was on his way within 30 mins. I have used Cascade's services in the past and I am absolutely thrilled to have them as my appliance repair specialists.

There's clearly a reason why there are so many positive reviews for his service. Steve from Cascade was knowledgeable, informative, and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Had our dryer repaired, quick, efficient, excellent service. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Appliance Repairs.
Also took a look at my fridge and showed us how to keep the coils free of dust, pet hair. Amazing service !!

Had a very positive experience with Steve at Cascade appliance fixing our fridge that wouldn't cool. From the time I first spoke to his wife, to my fridge being back in business our food was still cold. Very quick and accurate diagnosis of our problem. He even gave me the price option if I wanted to to just buy the parts and fix it myself or the price to have him fix it. In addition at no extra cost for my quote, completed one other small fix to my fridge...plus tested our dishwasher which I was explaining we werent happy about. All in all, I know who we will call without hesitation or recommend to freinds if our appliances go wrong again in the future...which of course they will. Thanks Steve

This is my first review, it is unprompted, but i felt it important to highlight good service. I called Cascade after the fridge stopped working. Spoke to Steve's wife who was considerate, informative, friendly and professional. Booked an appointment for the next morning and Steve came with the right parts, fixed the issue immediately, provided lots of information on how to maintain and manage my appliances, and ensured that everything was working perfectly before he left. These guys are fantastic people, with excellent customer service. You should call them.

Steve was recommended by a friend. Steve is courteous, prompt & resolved the problem with the washing machine in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend him .Thanks Steve.

Look no further for a repair company. I have dealt with a couple and I can't tell you how much I wish I had found Cascade first. Really I am so stunned at how amazing my experience was. They didn't talk down to me like the other company I dealt with, no waiting for parts-they came with the correct part. The most amazing part? The other quote from a different company was first 230.00$ more then it was EVEN MORE after they decided to add in a part that wasn't broken. Cascade was the only company willing to answer my questions to see if I even really needed the second part the other company was trying to make me buy. (I didn't) I called around. I'm so amazed and thankful for honest, kind people like the ones I just found. I can't advise the person reading this review more strongly to choose Cascade over the rest. You will spend less money, get it fixed faster and correctly the first time and speak to people that treat you with respect. (And have a warrantee too!) I may have not discovered this company first when my washer and stove needed repairs but in the future there is nobody else I will call.

Excellent and professional service on two separate occasions that we required our fridge water dispenser and washing machine to be repaired. Steve was prompt, honest, and an expert in fixing both our issues. He is highly recommended!
