It feels like we lost part of our family today...as we have recently completed our basement reno. Every person we dealt with (Eli (Home Improvement People are lucky to have you) , Rob the foreman , Abe the HVAC, Fabiano the carpenter, Ozzie the electrician, Paul the plumber, the drywallers) was professional, on time and matter of fact about all the options we had. I believe we might take The Home Improvement People title for the longest contract and this had everything to do with us...(Never once pressured us into any decisions and they could not have been more accommodating ) As this is our first house and reno we had 1000's of questions and of course changed our minds a number of times as the reno unfolded. Eli and every contractor took the time to listen to our concerns and explained all the pros and cons to each decision. With every change that came along with our reno, it was immediately followed up with a price and in the end it came in exactly as budgeted. we couldn't be happier with the final product and I will continue to recommend The Home Improvement People to anyone requiring work done on there house. Just had a very, very positive experience with Mark and A.J. getting our house ducts cleaned. They arrived on time. Both were very polite, courteous and explained what the process entailed. While, my original quote can included if required getting our furnace serviced, they explained that it was in good shape and not required. In addition, they went way above the required job...In explaining our lack of heating and cooling in our old house. After finishing the duct cleaning they went trouble shooting thru the whole duct system and found the problem the source of the problem, which entailed climbing in our attic and resealing all our vents. Thanks guys and will definitely use the Duct Cleaning Specialists again for any cleaning required.

Dave arrived early and completed the work exactly as advertised. They finished on time and no mess. Hopefully, will never need the system to work, but if we do, it appears it was accomplished with highest level of professionalism. Thanks

Had a very positive experience with Steve at Cascade appliance fixing our fridge that wouldn't cool. From the time I first spoke to his wife, to my fridge being back in business our food was still cold. Very quick and accurate diagnosis of our problem. He even gave me the price option if I wanted to to just buy the parts and fix it myself or the price to have him fix it. In addition at no extra cost for my quote, completed one other small fix to my fridge...plus tested our dishwasher which I was explaining we werent happy about. All in all, I know who we will call without hesitation or recommend to freinds if our appliances go wrong again in the future...which of course they will. Thanks Steve
