Just had a very, very positive experience with Mark and A.J. getting our house ducts cleaned. They arrived on time. Both were very polite, courteous and explained what the process entailed. While, my original quote can included if required getting our furnace serviced, they explained that it was in good shape and not required. In addition, they went way above the required job...In explaining our lack of heating and cooling in our old house. After finishing the duct cleaning they went trouble shooting thru the whole duct system and found the problem the source of the problem, which entailed climbing in our attic and resealing all our vents. Thanks guys and will definitely use the Duct Cleaning Specialists again for any cleaning required.
