And please do not downplay at that you are not a "large client" as the customer we are assisting at any given moment is our most important customer/client/partner and deserves the same high level of experience regardless of the size of the project. Unfortunately that is something that is greatly lacking in most industries. The "larger projects" often get the most attention and the other just as important but smaller projects get swept away. We pride ourselves on being able to assist all homeowners with any project. If it is not something we do ourselves directly then chances are we know the right person or company for the job! We are definitely a one stop shop for protecting, maintenaning, and upgrading your home and your happiness and giving back to our community and planet is why we love what we do so much! Yes, we do always want to get better which is why we ask what we could do to improve on every project and ensure complete satisfaction before we consider the project to be complete. As far as we are concerned a 9 out of 10 is a fail and means we didn't fully meet or exceed expectations. A lot of people think windows, doors, roofing and siding can only be done in warm weather, however we install year round! A little snow and -5 is no challenge for our dedicated team! We can actually work down to -15 and never leave your home open longer than it needs to be. Often times, the insurance industry has unrealistically low "standard prices" for replacing damaged work on your home, which don't apply to all cases. And your case was definitely not "standard" with the custom windows, trim, and staining required. As the saying goes, "Skilled Labour is Not Cheap and Cheap Labour is Not Skilled". We definitely place a priority on skill and quality over price and our work and our customer experiences show that.
