While we do specialize in Exterior Renovations, we do have a lot of interior renovation partners who we trust to deliver the same high level of service that we believe our customer partners deserve. Thanks so much for the great review Mike! While we would love every project to go perfectly as planned, we know the construction business still has hiccups from time to time. We strongly agree with you that the difference between good and great is how those hiccups are handled. Communication is obviously key in any of our projects so I am thrilled to hear about Garry's efforts along the way. We have Project Consultants rather than Sales people for a reason - to ensure you have somebody to consult with and ask questions of before, during and after your project. And of course Pat and I are always just a hone call away too! Your new front door looks incredible too!! Great choice! And of course thanks always for the continued referrals! A proper installation is definitely the most important part of the project but unfortunately many homeowners don't take the time to get educated on the right way to do things and choose a contractor based on price, which means fixing or replacing work in the future. Doing it right the first time means doing it only once and is what we are trying ensure everybody is educated about. "LEAK-FREE" should be the priority of every company, but unfortunately some companies only give short warranties because they are not as meticulous as us in making sure we do everything possible to ensure that windows and doors we install NEVER LEAK. We don't believe you should EVER have to replace windows again in your lifetime if done correctly. Unfortunately some companies are hoping for repeat customers every 10-20 years.
