In fact we often recommend lower cost options if we believe that it will be the better solution for our customers' needs. There is no "one size fits all" solution in our industry. Hi ljtravis, Thank you again for bringing this issue to my attention and for the opportunity for our Siding Manager and I to meet with you at your place to go over the issues and develop a plan to address them. I sincerely regret that it had to get to that point as that is obviously not how we typically operate. Rather than just relying on the Project Manager to resolve your concerns - which obviously did not happen - I should have got involved personally sooner. Unfortunately our Project Manager made a poor decision on your project to use a subcontract crew as our normal crews were busy, but it is clear that they did not meet our high quality standards and as a result we will be correcting the deficiencies with our regular crews and not work with that other crew moving forward. There is no excuse at all for the quality issues experienced on your project and rest assured this will be rectified asap and will still carry our Industry Leading 122 1/2 Year TRUE LIFETIME Workmanship Warranty to ensure your peace of mind moving forward. I hope that I can restore even some of the trust and confidence in MAXgreen by showing you the quality that you deserved from the start. Thank you again, Adam

As you said the commitment to the installation process should be the most important consideration for any window, door, siding or roofing replacement project. There are way too many ways for contractors to cut corners and put money in their own pockets rather than looking out for your long term best interests. We strive to be as transparent as possible about our high installation standards up front so you are not only making the most informed decision, but also to ensure our potential customers are also asking the right questions of the other companies.
