August 2017 - We had a new door, window, eaves troughs and 2 sides of my house re-sided after windstorm damage. The quality of work for some parts was good other parts it was poor. The door was measured to small, they cut corners on the siding installation, the quality of workmanship on the eaves was poor. This contractor uses subcontractors and not their own crews and I got the 'C team' and thought I was getting the 'A team'. Mentioned my issues to the contract sales person and the project manager and they did little to address the issues and I final gave up. Fixed more of their poor quality work today. December 2017 Home Owner Update - The contractor has worked diligently over the last 4 months to correct all of the installation and quality issues. While it took some time and patients they have been true to their word on their warranty and satisfaction guarantee. I am now satisfied with the work.

Hi ljtravis, Thank you again for bringing this issue to my attention and for the opportunity for our Siding Manager and I to meet with you at your place to go over the issues and develop a plan to address them. I sincerely regret that it had to get to that point as that is obviously not how we typically operate. Rather than just relying on the Project Manager to resolve your concerns - which obviously did not happen - I should have got involved personally sooner. Unfortunately our Project Manager made a poor decision on your project to use a subcontract crew as our normal crews were busy, but it is clear that they did not meet our high quality standards and as a result we will be correcting the deficiencies with our regular crews and not work with that other crew moving forward. There is no excuse at all for the quality issues experienced on your project and rest assured this will be rectified asap and will still carry our Industry Leading 122 1/2 Year TRUE LIFETIME Workmanship Warranty to ensure your peace of mind moving forward.
