He was thorough in examining the pool and made sure to double check the pool again after applying patches to seal the leak. A few weeks ago my husband and I noticed that we were losing a lot of water in our pool. We called up Pool Buoy and hired Larry to come and do a leak detection. Larry responded to my emergency call very quickly,as i was losing a lot of water from the pool,he scheduled to come at 12pm but due to a thunder storm had to cancel the appointment,but the weather cleared in the afternoon and he called me to tell me he would be there soon,he was very efficient found a rip in the liner with his electrical equipment even let me hear the water escaping from the rip,he then applied a patch to the hole and the leak has stopped.
Larry keeps you informed of everything he is doing,he goes above and beyond giving advice on pool maintenance he even tested my creepy crawly to make sure it was running properly,he will answer any questions you have, does not rush the job.
Glad i called him will not hesitate if i have any more problems with my pool.

The experience was outstanding because of the communications, professionalism and the time and attention expended. Larry promptly responded to my service request, and called in-transit to provide his estimated arrival time. When conducting the work he was professional, courteous, and didn't rush the job. At the same time he was gracious enough to answer my questions on unrelated matters of pool maintenance and didn't attempt to up-sell. Also, the cost was better than the quote i got from another vendor which never called me back to book an appointment. I'd call again without hesitation.
