The Appliance guy is professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and did not try to add additional unnecessary work/costs. He was very punctual. My freezer was not working, and he gave me a couple of options - not pushing for the more pricey one He fixed issue and to date it continues to work like a charm. This guy knows his stuff!!
