I was extremely satisfied with the service that was provided by Tim. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what was being done ✅in a way that was easy to understand. He also explained the additional service options available to me. He left my house very tidy. It very important he arrived in the scheduled time window. I highly recommend this company.

Had our furnace and ducts cleaned. We were very happy with the service. The 2 guys - David and Michael - were friendly, courteous and very professional and did a great job. Went above and beyond our expectations. Would definitely hire this company again.

Very professional over the phone and helpful with questions that I had. Work was carried out efficiently and attention to detail was excellent to ensure the cleaning of the ducts and furnace was done correctly, process took around 4hours to complete. At the end I was shown the dust / dirt that came out of the ducts and furnace so I knew they had been cleaned well.
We had a total of 28 vents (total inc cold air returns) in our house and 1 HE furnace. I will definately use Modern Purair again for our duct cleaning needs in the future.

David was friendly, punctual and always willing to answer any question I had. He was very knowledgeable and brought in a large and powerful vacuum system which did the job excellently! Would definitely recommend to others.

Service was extremely thorough, efficient, fully prepared, and informative. Dave was very knowledgeable and hard working and mindful of our cat when coming and going from the truck. Any debris resulting from the duct cleaning was vacuumed up and left clean. All ducts were cleaned, dryer vents, and bathroom fan. Already have it in our calendars to have Modern Purair return in two years. Would highly recommend! Dave was great and went over and above.

From scheduling an appointment to work completion, our experience with Modern Purair Duct Cleaning is pleasant. They are responsive to my request and questions over the email and phone calls. Matt & David are good at what they are doing. They kept me posted on progress and let me know what to expect. Upon completion, they left my place clean and mess-free. Now our house smells so nice and fresh because of the deodorisation that they did to the system. So overall experience was great!

Dave from the Langley branch came and serviced the home we just bought. The ducts probably hadn’t been cleaned in 40 years and were pretty bad. Dave was extremely professional and a very hard worker, he had the house done in a timely manner. He explained the whole procedure and costs before proceeding with any work.
