Dave from the Langley branch came and serviced the home we just bought. The ducts probably hadn’t been cleaned in 40 years and were pretty bad. Dave was extremely professional and a very hard worker, he had the house done in a timely manner. He explained the whole procedure and costs before proceeding with any work. I would definitely recommend him and Modern Purair to anyone looking for this service.
