Was recommended by my sister and would recommend this company to anyone else. Stewart was very polite and very informative in telling us what needed to be done and very professional.

I hired Modern PURAIR (MP) to clean the forced air furnace and associated ducting in my Delta home in November 2014. I had researched other companies but chose MP based on their booking staff's knowledge and explanation of the cleaning process, their friendliness, and pricing (middle of the pack vs. other companies but I felt like I was getting good value for the cost).

The field technician who did the work was also excellent. He was honest (found a toonie in one of the vents and sought me out to return it, told me where to buy furnace filters for the best cost so I wouldn't need to buy them from MP, indicated that the duct cleaning was recommended every 3-4 years - not every year as another company had told me), professional, friendly and efficient.

The whole cleaning process took about 2 - 2.5 hours which was fine, and included the optional duct disinfectant application. It turns out the ducts had never been cleaned in this house before, and there was lots of dust, animal hair and debris that were removed.

I'm definitely glad I had this work done and would absolutely recommend Modern PURAIR for furnace and duct cleaning services. Friendly staff and competitive pricing.

We moved into our house a couple of weeks back and had Tim Willis clean our ducts and furnace vents etc. he did an amazing job. Tim was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He was extremely friendly but was at no time putting pressure on to buy extra services. I would highly recommend Modern Pur Air and will be using them again in the future.

We were very pleased with this company overall. Tyler was punctual and phoned ahead to let us know he was on the way. He was friendly and educated us on how it all worked. Tyler also explained that the natural sanitizer they used wasn't full of chemicals (and helped my allergies too!). Overall, very pleased from first call to the follow up. I phoned for an appointment after seeing Purair's ratings on HomeStars. Both Matt, who I spoke to on the phone and Tyler, who did the work for me, were very pleasant and professional. The service was arranged for a few days from my initial phone call. Tyler arrived on time and I could not be happier with all aspects of his service and the results. We Searched online and found many companies to choose from. We reviewed a few and selected Modern Purair. Matt called when he was 15 minutes away to let us know he was on his way and was a pleasure to have in our home. We watched him through the cleaning process and were very happy with the results. I was very impressed with the professional work and expertise of Tyler and his company. After 2 hours of cleaning our furnace and all the ducts when Tyler turned the furnace back on there was double the amount of hot air being pushed through the vents, it was amazing. I was extremely happy with the thoroughness and knowledge Tyler explained the me as he proceeded to clean our furnace and ducts. We built our house a little over a year ago and desperately needed to clean our vents, ducts, and furnace. Very professional and polite. He explained exactly how he was going to clean the ducts and then showed me the bag of dust/garbage from the ducts once he was finished. A bit of dust fell on the floor and he even vacuumed it up. Great service, I would definitely use them again.
