Modern Purair was recommended to me. I immediately was impressed with their friendly staff and user friendly website. When the gentlemen, Tim, came to clean the vents, he called to give me his exact arrival time, and was there exactly when he said he would be. I was blown away. Professional, informative, helpful and unobtrusive are the best ways to describe the experience. I am pregnant and was worried about smell or fumes. Tom explained everything to me, and let me smell things before hand and I informed me that if I had a problem to let him know. He was so friendly and helpful. I have never had a home service company be as respectful and friendly. From phone service, to Tim doing the job, to the manager calling me so could praise the company and him. The company was the best I've dealt with. Amazing. Thank you

Had this service previously several years ago, so I was a bit overdue to call again. Phoned for a convenient appointment time and the call-taker was efficient and capable. My service technician Tyler arrived on time and was clearly engaged in his profession, experienced and knowledgeable. The equipment used is first-rate, so combined with Tyler's expertise, the outcome was excellent. No fuss, no mess, no surprises.

When the work was done and it was time to pay, the invoice was explained and payment options offered, which include credit card and Air Miles Rewards.

My wife and I both noticed the improvement in air quality and heating efficiency in our home after this service work.

This company did an excellent job, was very polite, professional and I felt the service was well priced, I felt comfortable having the technician in my home. I will be using them in the future. Full cleaning of furnace and all ductwork including deodorizing and dryer clean out.
