Tyler did a terrific job cleaning our ducts June 19th. Very professional and explained everything in detail. He also explained potential safety issues with the Dryer vent screens my home builder had installed. Definitely recommend Modern Pureair!

Service was excellent. Tyler, the serviceman, was the most thorough, efficient & personable service person I have met. He also offered helpful suggestions on maintenance of furnace & ducts, too.

Tyler came and cleaned our vents and furnace, he was very professional and nice. We missed a cold intake and he had to hook up the machines again - he did not mind at all. We also got a year supply of filters for the furnace. Dryer cleaned out. And sanitized the vents.

I was very happy with Modern Purair - their equipment was very impressive - as good as it gets. I was particularly pleased with Tim, the very likeable young man who did the work. Tim was punctual, efficient and hard working, flexible, knowledgeable, polite and well mannered - I can't think of enough good words to describe him. He obviously wants to do the best job he can do and is most responsive to the client, often anticipating questions and explaining everything in detail. The ducts in my house hadn't been cleaned since they were installed 42 years ago. Tim did a terrific job and the whole experience with Modern PURAIR and Tim was simply tops!!!

We are getting a new furnace so figured we get the ducts and the system a good clean. Shopped around and I can't say Purair is the cheapest. But as they say, you get what you pay for. After Tyler showed up and completed the great work, I'd say it was worth every dollar.

I cannot express how happy I am with the service I received from Modern Purair. Tim showed up at my house on time and was very professional. Before he started working he explained the whole process so there was no surprises. Tim worked very hard and I enjoyed his pleasant disposition, I appreciated the fact he was very honest with me about the service. Upon inspection of my crawlspace he did a great job patching my ducts.

I was lucky enough to find Modern Purair (on homestars no less) when I googled duct cleaning in my area. I was extremely happy with Tim from start to finish. He was a pleasure to have in my house. He explained everything he was doing and why. He took extreme car with my house. He wrapped his hose's where the nozzles met so my floor would not get scratched. He cleaned the wheels of his vacuum before bringing it into my house. I highly recommend Modern Purair to everyone. They will be my first go to in the future! It's nice to see a business being run so efficiently!
