Modern Purair was recommended to me. I immediately was impressed with their friendly staff and user friendly website. When the gentlemen, Tim, came to clean the vents, he called to give me his exact arrival time, and was there exactly when he said he would be. I was blown away. Professional, informative, helpful and unobtrusive are the best ways to describe the experience. I am pregnant and was worried about smell or fumes. Tom explained everything to me, and let me smell things before hand and I informed me that if I had a problem to let him know. He was so friendly and helpful. I have never had a home service company be as respectful and friendly. From phone service, to Tim doing the job, to the manager calling me so could praise the company and him. The company was the best I've dealt with. Amazing. Thank you
