Everything about my computer system for my business was a bit of a mess and caused me ongoing grief until I met Chris. He came into my office, set up a new computer system, stream lined my entire business and fixed any issues that I had. Now I never have to worry about computer issues. Every device I work from is synced and runs efficiently and smoothly. Now I can focus on my own business and not worry about IT issues I know nothing about. The best part is he a phone call away and always helps my with questions or concerns at the drop of a hat. Since helping me with my computer issues he has helped everyone in our office, he even has streamlined my mothers business remotely. A very very nice man and a computer savoir!!! Where did I send that email from? Did I do it from home? Did I send it from my iphone? Or was it my work PC? I was always losing track of my sent emails. Then I heard about Chris and Westcoast IT. Chris came to my business and set me up on a cloud based exchange server for pennies a day. Now when I send an email from my iphone, it automatically goes into the sent folder of any hardware I have email on. That was just the begining. All of my staff had the same problem and Chris fixed it all for everyone. I gotta say also, Chris is the most sociable IT guy I have ever met. He actually TALKS WITH YOU and not down to you like a lot of arrogant IT guys tend to do. Highly Recommended for personal mac or PC headaches and complete business pro also!
