We had our windows replaced by magic windows and have been very happy with the results! The installers where very courteous and professional. Windows look and work great. I highly recommend them.

The job was done last December. Eleven windows replaced. The government rebate was not beneficial for old homes, so I went with a retro fit. Michele Gould ( the rep) was excellent and her down to earth
personality was probably the reason that I choose Magic windows.

The job took two days and on the second day they even worked into the evening when it was dark with lights. They did a skillful job. One of the installers was a little cocky, but I guess better to have someone sure of them self, than not.

Since it was done as winter came, I have not been able to really fully appreciate them yet. They do seem to keep out the downtown noises.

They do look nice and I am extremely happy with the job. I do think they are a little over priced. You get what you pay for.

I would highly recommend this company.

My experience with Magic Windows was nothing but flawless, easy and worth every penny. We LOVE our windows, especially the hidden screens, it makes our home so much brighter! From quotation to installation, Corey and his team of installers were respectful, timely, and great value for our $. All 11 windows were installed in 1 day. Corey even came day of install to inspect everything. Best value for our money! We live in Mississauga and I have recommended this company to all our friends.

I had been hearing adverts on AM740 for several years. The various announcers who had had windows by Magic Windows were very positive about their experiences. I had done some research and had seen the product at various home shows, so when it was time to replace our windows, we decided on Magic Windows.
Our representative was very professional and answered all of our questions. Installation was supposed to take two days. They were spot on with the timing and cost: no surprises.
The crew were very polite and as quiet as possible around the house. Most of the work was accomplished from the outside; no mess in the house. They cleaned up behind themselves, leaving nothing behind to which I had to attend. Highly recommeded.

Our previous projects consisted of the replacement of our patio door and bay window. On both occasions, Magic Window performed superb installation work while maintaining courtesy, neatness and respect for us and our home. Working with Magic Windows was indeed a pleasure, from our initial discussions with the Project Manager, Alex, about the products required, costs and scheduling to the work by the actual installation crew.

The preparation was challenging but once the work was underway the process went smoothly. We also received our government energy efficiency rebate with the assistance of Magic Window Innovations. So overall we are satisfied with our purchase and the performance of the windows so far!

I am very impressed with the beauty of ease of maintenance of my new windows. I never need to call a Window Cleaning Company again to clean my windows as they are so easy to clean myself. The invisible screens work so effectively. Minor adjustments were required after installation but the service was complete rapidly and with professionalism. My neighbours regularly ask who installed my new windows!!!
