The job was done last December. Eleven windows replaced. The government rebate was not beneficial for old homes, so I went with a retro fit. Michele Gould ( the rep) was excellent and her down to earth personality was probably the reason that I choose Magic windows. The job took two days and on the second day they even worked into the evening when it was dark with lights. They did a skillful job. One of the installers was a little cocky, but I guess better to have someone sure of them self, than not. Since it was done as winter came, I have not been able to really fully appreciate them yet. They do seem to keep out the downtown noises. They do look nice and I am extremely happy with the job. I do think they are a little over priced. You get what you pay for. I would highly recommend this company.
