The installer personally measured all windows prior to manufacture to ensure exact fit, then the same installer actually do the installation to make sure everything is properly done seamlessly. The installation crew was prompt and efficient. We had all windows of the entire house replaced and noticed the draft had been significantly reduced during the winter. The solar shades also worked very well to reduce heat from the West facing windows during the summer. The price is a bit on the high side but we expect trouble free windows in the long run. We would highly recommend Magic Window.

The Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product. We had heard about Magic Windows before and he showed us all the the various options for the various styles of windows.
The installation people were very courteous and very professional. They install the windows during Covid and we had no complaints about safe distancing and mask wearing. We had our bow window, kitchen window and 2 bedroom windows replaced. Our whole house is now magic windows and we absolutely love them. We have blackout blinds on all our bedroom windows and they are the best. Absolutely worth every penny.

We ordered a Window Wall to replace our french doors. The process with Derek and the entire installation went smoothly. The only minor issue was the grab handle wasn't installed for the exterior but it was corrected right away within 48 hours. Magic Window has an excellent process in place from start to finish. We would definitely order from them again.

We were looking for a window that had it all and this one did. Well built with thoughtful features such as screens and shades. It is a little pricey but these things can be worth it.

I installed Magic windows and patio doors . Windows have sunscreen which works perfectly in sunny days, keeps cooler inside the home. There also is blinds to make the room very dark , good for sleeping after night shift . Instalation crew did very good job . All together works very good . Highly recommended .

Our new windows now take up the entire back of our family room and wrap around the corner. This opens up the entire view to the back yard now. Wow, what a view :) Looking forward to some warm weather now so we can open them right up and let the fresh air in!
