Sales person came right away, very friendly and knowledgeable.
Installation was promised in about 3 months but actually later advanced to about 6 weeks.Work was done in about 3 hours to full satisfaction.
A few days later a screw in the locking mechanism had to be replaced, a matter of 2 min.
We are very happy with the door.
