Changed 8 windows and 2 doors. A bit expensive but the quality is great. Upper level company. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

From the moment the sales person came to my house, until the day I had the new windows installed, Magic Windows took care of everything with a high level of professionalism and excellence. These windows are easy to clean, easy to open, very functional, absolutely beautiful and different from what it is out there in terms of windows! They offer great light and completely transformed our living space. While they are not cheap, they are worth every penny. I am extremely happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Magic Windows!

Replaced "plastic" windows in a sunroom with Magic Windows. The windows provide a spectacular, unobstructed view of the forest around us. Installation went well, but better clean up was needed as screws from the old windows were left in the grass.

I had all of my windows in my home replaced with Magic Windows 11 years ago. Now, any time I need parts they send them out, if I happen to have a problem with window or sliding door they send a technician out to repair, no charges for anything. The last time the technician was out to repair sliding door handle he noticed, the track of sliding door was cracked. He ordered a new part and the service dept. called to schedule an appointment with me a few weeks later to replace. Works perfect now. I don't recall any home product/repair company that has better after market service and warranty. Worth every penny.

Magic Window and Doors is a reliable and efficient company. They kept us updated throughout the whole build process and were very professional. The installers were polite and worked hard to get our door in and they did a great job! We would definitely recommend this company to everyone we know.

WINDOWS WORKED OUT GREAT BIG IMPROVEMENT FROM WHAT WAS THERE . GREAT BUILT-IN SHADES LOOK FORWARD TO THE SAVINGS IN THE THERMAL WINDOWS AND THE WINDOWS THEM SELVES LOOK GREAT.

Magic has been advertising on 1010 Talk Radio Toronto and I have been impressed with their narrative. On review of their product info online and the good reviews they were receiving I became more and more interested. Fortunately I then saw the Magic sign for an install a mile away down my country road. The homeowner was a friend. We were happy to hear of their high regard for the innovative features and quality of the windows. The rest of the story is this. We have had two very professional installs with only one minor problem of a less than perfect Solar Blind. It was replaced post haste. My wife and I would rate function, quality, installation and now a minor replacement 10 out of 10.

This was a replacement of a cracked window under warranty. Called Service Dept. of Magic Windows in July and reported. They sent their service man Emmanuel on Jul. 20th and he was not only very pleasant and respectful explained exactly what he was going to do and did a very professional job. Was very meticulous in removing the old section and made a note of the number on the inside frame of the removed glass and told me that gives his plant the exact measurement and told me the replacement one would be in in a week's time.
To-day, Jul. 28th, Emmanuel came with the replacement window and as before did a very professional job of replacing the old one with the new one. No hassle, no fuss did everything quietly and nicely. Did waste even a minute.
I am extremely pleased with his work. He is true professional. I will also very strongly recommend MAGIC WINDOWS for any one who is looking for anyone looking for an energy efficient easy handling of opening and closing windows. It is also makes cleaning the windows very easy.

Daniel's presentation was flawless and from there the product pretty much sold itself. The installation team of Mike and Mosi were fast, thorough and respectful of our home. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I have already recommended Magic Windows to neigbours and friends.
