The magic door is like a 3-in-1 door. Hidden big screen, which allows full clear view through the glass. Hidden privacy screen, no window coverings requires. A beautiful non-obstructed view. The door is made very solid and the installers are very professional and courteous.

Our windows were original to the house (1978 - single pane with storm panel). We wanted to go with a company that was reputable so we didn’t ever need to change windows again. Magic has a superior product, and back up their windows with a great warranty and exceptional service. The (minor) issues were resolved promptly and without additional costs. Highly recommend Magic for your next window / door project.

After a pretty extensive search, we chose Magic Windows.

We were impressed with the sales and consultation process. The Magic Windows sales team was very knowledgable, professional and responsive. We never felt any pressure to buy from them, but the windows and the experience we had dealing with them throughout the consult, and measurements led us to choose them.

The installation took place pretty much exactly when they said it would and it took a few days. Their crew was two installers that arrived on time every day, worked full days, were conscientious, and pretty pleasant to have around the house for a few days.

Once the job was complete, we found a few items that were not exactly to our expectations...I should say this was a pretty small list of times based on the size of the job...and they simply reviewed our list, scheduled a prompt follow visit to rectify the issues, and then requested their final installment. It was very professional and painless, the whole process was.

Our windows look great. We love the crankless, non-visible screen windows. We are very happy with our choice to have gone with Magic Windows.

We had a sliding door installed by Magic Windows this summer. The sales rep was very kind and friendly. He was very informative. He gave us a thorough knowledge of the construction of the door and its effeciency.
He followed up with us on email and the company kept us informed of construction and delivery schedule.
Both installers were friendly and experienced. They kept the work area very clean and protected the surrounding floors. The caulking they put around the door was excellent. They left us with glass cleaner and spray for the door runner.
The door slides so easily and the tinted glass means we dont have to keep blinds closed to keep hot summer heat out. Also very well insulated.
We would highly recommend this company. Great product and service.

We were impressed when the sales rep, Michele, came to our home and explained how superior their windows were. She explained the pros and cons of other windows, and it all made sense.

We were updated at each stage of the window construction process to keep us notified of the progress being made with our windows.

The installers who came were very courteous and polite. They were easy to talk to and worked fast! I liked that before removing the existing windows, they were remeasured to ensure they would fit before installation. When I showed a small defect in one of the windows, it was replaced with no hassle at all and with a short turnaround. The areas around the windows were cleaned of all debris. Would definitely consider Magic Windows for other windows that will need replacing in the future!

Amazing experience with Magic! Love my new patio door window wall. Makes my outdoor space part of my home!! So easy to open both doors. Installation was fast and easy. Highly recommend this company!!!!!

GREAT Sliding Door, the Installers were friendly and knew all about the product. The install was quick easy with no mess. the repairmen came back to fix a little problem that a little glue would have fix and they were also friendly and fast. Can't ask for anything better.

Dana is a great Salesman..he showed us what the product would look like. Expensive but good windows especially NO CRANK. Love the sliding screens. Would have loved to add the blinds too. Installation was ok. But Dana came by the next day to inspect and see how the windows were installed. Overall love the windows.

We ordered our patio doors (2 sets) in March of 2021. It’s August and we’re still waiting. We keep asking when we can expect delivery, but communication from the company is either vague or non-existent.

Because our project involves a renovation, we are relying on having the doors in order to complete the scope of work. We can’t keep delaying our contractor. As a work around, we thought we could get exact dimensions in order to install the finished flooring. That has been a problem too.

Bottom line: Magic is slow and unreliable
