I had my windows and patio door installed this week. Wow, they're fabulous. They are even better then I expected. The retractable screens and blinds are an awesome feature.

The complete experience from the consultation with Jeff to the installation was carried out very professionally. The installers did a great job. Everything fits perfectly. What a bonus not to have drafts like previously.

Overall this was a 10 out of 10 experience.

Our Magic Windows are great. We had 3 window walls installed! The entire experience front to back was positive. From our initial sales call, Derek was friendsly and professional. It took us a few weeks to make a decision and Derek was not forceful, just the opposite and helped with additional questions. When it came to the install, the team was professional in every aspect. They worked hard and quickly (in very cold weather no less) and had the job done in two days. Derek also came by twice, during the install and after, so show us how to operate and ensure we were happy with the install. The windows themselves are robust solid windows. Yes they are pricey, but you get what you pay for and I'm happy to say the cost was definitly worth it! A++ review for the Magic team!

Our experience was smooth and easy. Jeff was great throughout the purchase and followed up with us when necessary for the 4 windows purchased including 1 window which was custom with a half window above another window. We understand COVID impacted the turn around time to receiving our new windows and given it’s the winter we won’t be able to really experience the Magic until the summer. Samantha Hellens

We had a service call scheduled for Jan 17, which turned out to be the day of the massive snow storm that went across Southern Ontario, but they simply showed up the next day to complete the service call. Under the crazy circumstances, what more could we expect. It was so professional.

Excellent company to deal with, from sales to follow up. Service was great. Installers were neat and tidy with little mess. We are very pleased with this company and would recommend it to all.
Had to have a technician to come and adjust some screens, as it was the first time we were using them. Very prompt and the service was great.

Want to give a shout out to Corey and his team at Magic Windows - they did a great job replacing every window in our house and our new custom patio door. We love the blind system and the simple cleaning of our windows. 4 years later we had one of the crescent windows blow a seal, and they came in very quickly and replaced immediately.

I would recommend anyone looking for new windows to check them out - they are different than normal - but think that you will really enjoy them.

I needed all my windows replaced on my home, after Corey' in home consultation we were sold. Excellent workmanship right from the factory. These windows are an engineering marvel. I can unlock, open the window and operate the screen all with one hand. From start to finish, the installation was done professionally. The installers were very professional, clean and efficient. Absolutely love our new Magic windows!
