Galaxy Windows

We got numerous quotes, and we decided to go with Galaxy Windows. Dmitri was very detailed in explaining the window replacement process, and VERY patient with answering all the dozens of questions I had. He maintained his professionalism and level of service from beginning to end. Dmitri was the ONLY Sales Rep that actually called back to follow up after our initial visit, and even after that, he was still patient in responding to my many phone calls and exchange of emails.

Alex and Vlad were our installers and they were equally as patient in dealing with my questions. They were relatively clean and efficient.

Near the end of the installation, Dmitri made a visit to go over the work and address any concerns I had. Not only was the overall service great, even after the work was done, Dmitri was still very prompt and responsive in a taking care of my issues. In my past experiences, most companies/contractors pay less, or any at all, attention after the money has been received. I found some flaws with 2 of the windows, Dmitri came by within a day to look at the problem, sent in a warrantable service request to the windows supplier and assured me that I will be getting a phone call when the replacement window is ready, approximately a couple of months. About a month later, I got a call from the supplier to book an appointment. The solo gentleman, also named Alex, was very experienced, quick and clean, windows replaced/fixed within half hour.

Our installation was done in August, but I waited till after the final warrantied service was completed to submit a review. I'm really impressed with our whole experience, the price was very reasonable, and I have a peace of mind that if anything goes wrong, we are covered!

After speaking with multiple window companies and hearing what they had to offer, I made the decision to stay with Galaxy Windows and Doors for my house. I have referred them to 3 other households in the past and the work and service has consistently been fantastic! Not only was the service excellent, but the pricing was competitive as well. Absolutely no complaints!!
Throughout the process, Dmitri came by for an initial estimate, and then he sent out his installer to take the final measurements.
During installation, all rooms were handled with care as they were very careful of their surroundings by not banging up the newly painted walls or scratching the new hardwood floors. The installer was very pleasant during installation and cleaned up after the work was completed.
We got all our front facing windows replaced as well as the large half circle window. So far so good as there has been no condensation and is keeping the temperature of the house very efficient. Definitely would recommend for future houses! 10/10

We had reached out to at least 10+ companies to give us a quote on a big project. Dmitri and co. stood out not only in price but also professionalism. Given the big nature of the project it did take over 7 weeks for the windows to be ready. Couple of days before installation their contractor came in to do a cut-out for new window placement. 2 days later the rest of the crew was on site with beautiful new custom windows. The new windows are a piece of art and workmanship. The house did get a bit dusty but that is expected in a project of this nature. The crew was polite and professional and they cleaned up really well. Thanks guys - I've already recommended your services and will keep doing so!

This was the third and final phase for getting all our exterior windows and doors replaced and we couldn't be happier. The work was done quickly and our painter commented on what a great job was done on the window trims. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong colored hinges and Dmitri and Alex came back one afternoon and changed them all for me. As always we had great service!

I'm very happy deal with Galaxy windows. They did really good job replacing our windows a weeks ago. It looks so nice now. Dmitri is professional adviser. He makes me everything easier to decide. Installers also work very well and finished all clearly.

We wanted to change the entire house's windows including backyard door and entrance door for a while and were afraid of doing it after hear a lots of horror story about troubles people had to go through, after getting quotes from different companies, we chose Galaxy windows. The sales person Dimitri was very informative and helpful to choosing the style that we wanted and he spent two hours to explain about the whole process and answered all our question and concern. We recently had our patio door, dining room, and kitchen window replaced by Galaxy and couldn't be happier with the end result.
From the initial consultation with Dmitri, to setting up the install date with Alex (thank you for your flexibility), to the actual install by Constantine, our entire experience from beginning to end was flawless.
Knowing this was not a large job, Dmitri was still very competitive with his quote and provided insight into opening up the room with different window styles. He even showed up on our install day midway through to check in and see if all was going well (it was) and provide us with our window and door warranty info.
Constantine was an absolute pro with the install. He laid down drop sheets in all areas that he was working in and cleaned up well afterwards. The pride in his workmanship was evident throughout the install.

I am very satisfied with the service Galaxy Windows provided from start to finish - very professional. Their price was competitive and the installation was quick and well done.
