Great experience from beginning to end. Mark explained everything in detail and answered all our questions with patience, no matter major, minor, or even repetitive. Mark was very accommodating with scheduling our day of installation. Our installers Erdem and Jason were punctual, worked quickly and efficiently.

We got numerous quotes, and we decided to go with Galaxy Windows. Dmitri was very detailed in explaining the window replacement process, and VERY patient with answering all the dozens of questions I had. He maintained his professionalism and level of service from beginning to end. Dmitri was the ONLY Sales Rep that actually called back to follow up after our initial visit, and even after that, he was still patient in responding to my many phone calls and exchange of emails. Alex and Vlad were our installers and they were equally as patient in dealing with my questions. They were relatively clean and efficient. Near the end of the installation, Dmitri made a visit to go over the work and address any concerns I had. Not only was the overall service great, even after the work was done, Dmitri was still very prompt and responsive in a taking care of my issues. In my past experiences, most companies/contractors pay less, or any at all, attention after the money has been received. I found some flaws with 2 of the windows, Dmitri came by within a day to look at the problem, sent in a warrantable service request to the windows supplier and assured me that I will be getting a phone call when the replacement window is ready, approximately a couple of months. About a month later, I got a call from the supplier to book an appointment. The solo gentleman, also named Alex, was very experienced, quick and clean, windows replaced/fixed within half hour. Our installation was done in August, but I waited till after the final warrantied service was completed to submit a review. I'm really impressed with our whole experience, the price was very reasonable, and I have a peace of mind that if anything goes wrong, we are covered!
